CEOs Forum - Partnerships that work (2 days)

Do you dream of cooperating with others to accomplish more than you could on your own? Can strategic partnerships increase your organisation’s impact? How can you guide your team through effective alliances with wisdom and maturity?

The partnerships you face today offer exciting potential but they’re likely to be varied in scale and scope. So we’ve designed the 2017 Forum to offer you insights into principles and practices from a range of initiatives and models to help you succeed in this complex strategic area. Partnership working is integral to most CEO roles and we’ll explore principles that can apply generally as well as to establishing partnerships with others.

Learning - with Fran Beckett

We’re delighted that Fran Beckett will be leading us through our 24-hours together. Fran is known to be a wise, engaging and incisive mentor and consultant in leadership, governance and strategy development at CEO and Board level. Over the years, she’s held a number of Chief Executive positions – Transform Southwark, Church Urban Fund, and Livability (formerly the Shaftesbury Society) – and non-exec Board responsibilities, as well gaining a vast range of insights through her work with organisations, large and small.  

Growing – in leadership and spiritual maturity

Of course, you could glean good partnership principles from a book. What the Forum offers you, however, is a unique look at partnership through the lens of Christian leadership and spiritual maturity. Partnership working offers opportunities to grow in discernment and character as well as in leadership skills – with the prayerful support of peers.

Networking – a vital ingredient

Chances for you to connect and talk have always been a primary reason to attend the Forum.

Cost is £129 for Global Connections and Evangelical Alliance Members - £179 for non-members.

All accommodation is in single en-suite rooms. Meals provided are lunch and dinner on 11th October, and breakfast and lunch on 12th October, as well as tea and coffee during the breaks. Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

Cancellation Policy: The majority of the cost of a residential event is the accommodation charge which we have to pay to the conference centre well in advance of the event. Therefore, although we will aim to be as generous as possible with our refunds, they will normally only consist of a small proportion of the amount paid and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
