An event from the Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World


This day conference from the Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World will explore, through talks, discussions and local case studies, the challenges of growing multi-ethnic, multicultural churches in Britain. This day has been planned especially for all lay people, ministers, mission practitioners and theologians.

On Saturday 10th June 2017 from 10am to 4pm

Our speakers include: Rev Dr Kate Coleman, Next Leadership, Dr Paul Bendor-Samuel, Oxford Centre for Mission Studies (OCMS), Bishop Raymond Veira, Church of God of Prophecy and Rev Richard Skinner, St Mark's Baptist Church (Host)

There will be Breakout Sessions to discuss the talks in groups.

Venue: St Mark's Baptist Church, Bristol

Our Partners for this event are: Church of God of Prophecy, Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World, Grace Evangelistic Ministries and St Marks Baptist Church.  The cost is £15 including a lunch of African and Caribbean food.

Payment of the £15 fee (for both members and non-members of Global Connections) is required in advance, when booking, to help us to cover costs.

Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking charge will be refunded if cancellation is made at least one month prior to the event. For cancellations of less than one month we would not normally expect a refund to be made.
