Differences and Disagreements – supporting relationships in mission organisations

Conflict, particularly interpersonal conflict, is an inevitable part of personal and organisational life. When we resolve it effectively, we can also deal with many of the unseen issues that it brought to the surface. But conflict can be very damaging if we don't handle it well. It can lead to personal dislike, team breakdown, demotivation and sometimes the loss of staff.

Learning to deal with conflict in a positive and constructive way is vital.

This day event will focus on helping participants develop and enhance the skills needed for intervening in conflict. This will include personal conflict and conflict at an organisational level.

Led and facilitated by Joe Campbell, the programme will include a combination of presentation, discussion, and case studies. We will also allow time for prayer as we seek to address the personal challenges involved in dealing with conflict.                  

The event starts promptly at 11:00am (10:30am for refreshments) and finishes at 4:00pm. 

The cost is £20 to people from GC member agencies and churches. Cost for non GC members is £50. Refreshments and lunch are included in the price. Please complete the form below to book your place.

Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking charge will be refunded if cancellation is made at least one month prior to the event. For cancellations of less than one month we would not normally expect a refund to be made.
