Many thousands of Mongolians have scriptures which call God ‘Burhan’, the word Kublai Khan, grandson of Genghis Khan, used to apply to Buddha. Marco Polo recorded this in his thirteenth century book. All images of Buddha, pictures, statues in Mongolia are called Burhan. Mongolians get exposed to Buddhism from the cradle to the grave. Other Mongolians have scriptures which call God ‘Lord of the Universe’. In 1972 Mongolian university professors were told of the nature of God. They rejected Burhan as not having that nature and chose ‘Lord of the Universe’ from a dictionary of 1968. It is like ‘Lord of all the earth’ in Joshua and other Old Testament books. Pray that God will create total repentance of the whole heart from anything even remotely connected with paganism, as God is holy and jealous.

Praise God for the three-year extension of Word of Hope Orphanage’s government permit, bringing stability to the children and staff. Construction of the new girls’ dormitory and brick fence is now underway - pray for smooth progress and safety. Ask God to bless their two-day salvation seminar during the Tadingyut holiday, and for the children to enjoy a joyful outing as they wait for improvements to their living space.

Praise God for safe deliveries at Wakisa Ministries’ maternity centre in Uganda, which serves vulnerable young mothers. Pray for the installation of electricity, completion of the placenta pit, and approval of the licence so the centre can expand its care. Give thanks for funds to build a permanent kitchen and ask for provision to complete the perimeter wall. Lift up Joyce, the new National Director, and pray for a smooth transition as Vivian moves into her new role as Strategic Adviser.

Potter’s House continues to expand its impact across Guatemala. Give thanks for the near completion of their Western Region Community Centre and the inauguration of new Services and Programmes offices in the Eastern Region. Pray for wisdom as the team welcomes their first group and seeks an educational advisor for the Treasures. Lift up students preparing for graduation and families newly involved in church life. Ask God to guide parents supporting their children and to provide resources for Potter’s House’s Health Centre, which has served over 25,000 people in two years.

Give thanks for the renovations at Jaden Fleuri School, which have refreshed the kindergarten classrooms ahead of the new academic year. Pray for teachers and students as they settle into the term, and for consistent security for travel to Haiti and La Gonâve as the team plans project visits. PiFò Haiti continues to serve prisoners and elderly community members with food distributions - ask God to bless these efforts and bring dignity and hope to those most at risk.

Medical Ambassadors Foundation in Albania continues to see spiritual fruit from summer camps and outreach in Korçë and surrounding villages. Give thanks for recent baptisms and pray for new believers to grow strong in faith. In Kosovo, health screenings will serve around 500 people - ask God to open doors for the new Community Health Evangelism (CHE) team and build lasting relationships. Pray for CHE elders in Albania to lead well, and for provision to sustain future ministry. Lift up the Microbusiness Fund project, which is helping families build sustainable livelihoods through small enterprise.

Kanal Hayat, a Christian TV ministry, is expanding its outreach through music and media. Give thanks for the successful filming of a worship video and pray for wisdom as they grow their fundraising efforts. The team urgently needs a new content editor - ask God to provide someone with the right skills and heart for this ministry. Pray also for continued impact as Kanal Hayat shares the gospel across Turkey & West Asia through creative programming.

Give thanks for JKPS’s ongoing outreach in West Bengal, India, including water filters distributed to 25 families and recent baptisms. Students in their Believers and Discipleship Courses have begun exams, and staff are preparing for field visits, medical clinics, and training programmes. Pray for wisdom as JKPS identifies new church planters for unreached areas, and for students in the child sponsorship programme sitting Bible exams this term. Ask God to bless their efforts and strengthen the team as they serve faithfully across communities.

Praise God that all students, including new entrants, have returned to High Priest Academy in Ghana for the new academic year, and that every student passed their national exams. As enrolment grows, the school urgently needs to expand its facilities - pray for provision of funds and resources. Lift up the team as they continue gospel outreach through crusades in Dome and Nsawam and ask God to provide Bibles for new believers so they can grow in faith and understanding of His Word.

HEAL Africa continues to serve women in Goma with free care for childbirth injuries and trauma. Their chaplaincy training programme has equipped medical staff, psychologists and other personnel to offer holistic healing through presence, listening and Christlike compassion. Pray that these skills are used daily to bring hope and restoration. Lift up the hospital staff as they respond to deep physical and emotional suffering and ask God to sustain and strengthen them in this vital ministry.

The Evangelical Church in North Macedonia continues to reach vulnerable communities with the love of Christ. Give thanks for recent baptisms in Bitola, Prilep and Skopje, including Maja, who found freedom in Christ. Pray for lasting growth among new believers. Lift up a Roma family from Kavadarci who relocated after a violent attack, thank God the father, Ervin, found work and is supporting the local pastor. Ask for healing, justice and safety for others. Pray also for outreach to homeless people in Skopje, and for creative events like music tours and football tournaments to open doors for the Gospel.
