BISC is a registered charity with a Christian ethos supporting international students of all faiths and no faith.

Bristol International Student Centre (BISC) promotes international understanding and multicultural exchange in the Bristol area by working with international students. Our aim is to create a ‘home away from home’ for students. We offer weekly meals, help, advice, support and the opportunity to be involved with the local community and each other, as well as a varied programme of activities and events each term. BISC is a registered charity with a Christian ethos supporting international students of all faiths and no faith. Charitable trusts, local churches and individuals support BISC financially. Everyone is welcome at BISC.

The work of BISC is overseen by the BISC Director, in partnership with a core team that includes an Operations & Events Manager, an Assistant Manager and 2-3 voluntary Team Members. Other partners include volunteers, drawn from local churches, the University Christian Unions of University of Bristol and UWE (University of West of England), the University Chaplaincies and other relevant parties. BISC is administered by Bristol International Trust.
