Highworth Methodist Church
Highworth Methodist Church is part of the Upper Thames Circuit, in the Bristol District.
Highworth is a small market town in the north east corner of Wiltshire set on top of a hill in a delightful rural area within easy reach of several large towns. Highworth has a population of around 9,500 people. Highworth Methodist church has been a worshipping community for over 170 years. New purpose built premises were opened in 1963, and there was a major extension in 1992 to accommodate the increasing congregation and to facilitate the church’s desire to reach out into the community with the good news of Jesus.
