Kinmel Bay Church
‘Where there is no vision the people perish’ (Proverbs 29:18). Or as modern writer Joel Barker says: Action without vision is just passing the time. Vision without action is dreaming.
Our Vision, our end goal, is given by the Lord Jesus in Matthew’s gospel Ch. 6 v.10 – Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven – and based on that the Church Leadership sees our Mission Statement – what we do to achieve the Vision – as:
Kinmel Bay Church always seeks to be active in both ministry and mission by declaring that Jesus Christ is Lord - locally, regionally and globally.
However, we need to put flesh on the bones so our Aims are the practical outworking of our Vision and Mission and are written in threefold geographical terms – local, regional and global. These aims provide something for us to prayerfully work towards but are subject to change over time and as the Spirit leads or as circumstances dictate!
