Southam Community Church is an Independent Evangelical Church located in the small market town of Southam in Warwickshire.

Southam Community Church is an Independent Evangelical Church in membership with the Evangelical Alliance. We’re made up of people from all walks of life, uniquely different and united in a single common belief: we’re passionate about the Lord Jesus Christ and his life-transforming message.

Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ is what we do, and we do it in many ways. We do it together through Sunday Worship and mid-week Bible Study. We do it as we serve our community through the Gateway Coffee Shop and the Like New children’s clothing shop (All proceeds of Like New are given to World Christian Ministries). We provide a meeting place for Parents and Tots. We minister to those who grieve through our Bereavement Group. We pray for those in need. We support world mission. We live and give generously and we encourage one another and build each other up.

We do all that we do because Christ’s Love compels us. Jesus laid down his life so that we might have new and eternal life.

That’s why we’re committed to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ to every man, woman and child, in all circumstances, by all means, with all that we have.

The church is a family oriented church and the overall impression of how the church functions is as a family. We would like to keep this focus if possible but extend the family into a larger family. This means that we will not be putting too much emphasis on any particular group of people but we will endeavour to integrate all types of people (single, married, youth, older people etc.) into the main church whilst recognising that at times we may have groups that will be more suitable to some people than others.
